efore I was introduced to Beautifitt Weight Management Program in 2007, I had tried many alternatives to lose weights and most of them are health-disastrous. I starved myself, took slimming pills, and drank slimming tea and herbs with one goal in mind; to be slim. I did not care about the consequences although I have heard of liver failures due to the intake of certain slimming pills and even deaths.
When I was challenged by BeautiFitt to try this Program for a week, I was reluctant. How can a person lose weights and yet be allowed to eat like a king (not literally)? I was glad I did try this program. For the first two days, I was only allowed to eat eggs (regardless of numbers) supplemented by Beautifitt Soy and Fibre for every meal and 3 litters of water.
I have to admit, for the first two days, it was really hard for me to follow this diet due to lots of temptations. Nevertheless, I did not feel hungry since Beautifitt Soy and Fibre were meant to make me “full” all the time. Of course I did suffer headache during this period because of low sugar intake. Indeed this diet requires some effort and discipline. I persisted.
After two days, I lost 2 kg. I tested my urine with Uriscan Test Strip. It turned Pink and I knew I have made it. On the third day, I continued drinking Beautifitt Soy and Fibre and taking high protein food (strictly no carbs). It continued for a week and till now. I have steaks, fish, chicken, mutton, beef, seafood 
(with any style of cooking) whenever I feel like eating, sometimes some vegetables and strictly no rice, bread, flour-made food, sweet drinks or potatoes. I enjoyed eating and losing weight at the same time.
Within 4 months, I have lost 8 kg consistently each month. This natural method of losing weights hardly leaves any flabby areas, but a firmer and more solid body. I feel lighter, energetic and healthier. In addition, I am more focused in work without occasionally caught with cold or fever (which I usually did when dieting due to lack of nutrition). Apart from these, my family members and friends could see the difference in me when they notice that my skin was glowing even without a single layer of make up. Well, thanks to Beautifitt, I do feel confident with myself now.
